This program runs from January 1, 2012 to February 14, 2012. New and existing customers can purchase individual in home training session at this special price. We do not require any contracts, we have no cancellation fees and we have offer experienced trainers. Offer does expire Feburary 14th .
We offer several personal trainer packages to help you get the results that you desire. In Home personal training is sold in packages of sessions. Our Home Exercise Starter Package is our most popular option. It appeals to people that "want to try it out first", or those that want to do home exercise on their own. It also makes a great gift!

Our Exercise Packages
Starter Package - The starter package consists of three sessions. The first session is a fitness assessment and goal setting meeting. Your fitness level will be assessed and realistic goals will be set. After this meeting your personal trainer will take this data and design two home exercise programs. These programs will include resistance, cardio and stretching. Two home exercise programs allows you to change your workout routine.

During the next session your personal trainer will put you through the two home exercise programs in a workout. You will understand the correct form, equipment and feel proper workout intensity. No home exercise equipment? We can recommend some inexpensive equipment (see photos on this page) that you can purchase locally.

We will also provide you with workout tracking logs so that you can monitor and track your progress.

Once completed you will be completely prepared to workout at home on your own.

Later if you need additional help you could purchase individual In Home Training sessions.

In Home Training - This consists of a one hour training session for one person with a personal trainer. Rates are based on distance and number of sessions purchased. Includes a fitness assessment and goal setting session. Your personal trainer will keep track of your progress.

Partner training is a less expensive alternative. Train with your spouse or friend and get fit together.

Health Coaching - Exercise is one piece of the fitness puzzle. Nutrition and lifestyle are two other important components. People want to learn more about weight loss and nutrition and are confused by all of the confusing, conflicting and changing information that bombards us daily.
Should I eat more in the AM or PM?
How many calories should I eat?
Confused by food labels?
How often should I exercise?
What's is the truth about metabolism?
Do I have to give up my favorite foods?
How can I incorporate exercise into my busy life?
We can help you get it all sorted out. We can clear up misconceptions and help you get started on the changes you want to make.

If you or somebody that you know wants to start making changes in their lives but not ready to start exercising this would be an excellent option for them.

Phone/On-line Training - If you travel or just want occasional training advice this might be for you. Your personal trainer will work with you via phone/on-line via email. We can use your program or design a program with the Starter Package, then all communication will be completed via the phone / email. We can monitor your progress make suggestions so you can do the workout in your hotel while you are on the road OR at your current health and fitness center.
